Stepping Stones Toolkit

A step-by-step toolkit to help you discover YOU

Living with a health condition can be difficult. It can affect how you feel and what you can do. This toolkit is a personal record of the things that you can do to keep yourself well and live the life you want to lead, discovering what is possible.

No two people are the same. This toolkit is for you to use for your own personal situation.

It is designed to support you to discover a new normal to maintain a fulfilling and happy life.

Make this toolkit your own

Use it electronically adding your thoughts and ideas, or print it out and take your pens to it. Feel free to write or draw all over the toolkit in your own style. The important thing is that it is a tool that works for you.

A page from the Stepping Stones Toolkit called 'Things that make me happy'. Text includes: 'You know more about yourself than anyone else. Start by thinking about the sorts of things that you do on a regular basis that make you feel well and make you happy'.

So add your own:

  • ideas
  • thoughts
  • timetable
  • diary of progress
  • lists of prompts

…whatever helps you discover YOU.
