Cardiff and Vale Recovery and Wellbeing College

The Recovery and Wellbeing College offers a variety of courses focusing on mental health and recovery; co-produced by, and open to people with mental health challenges,
carers and staff.

The College is founded on Co-production between peer (people with lived experience of using mental health services) and professional. It is for everyone; people with mental health challenges, carers and staff. The College is not a substitute for traditional assessment and treatment or mainstream colleges. The College reflects recovery principles of hope, control and opportunity in all aspects of its culture and operation.

To access the College, all students can self-refer by enrolling on to courses of their choice by contacting the College on
