Tai Chi

The health benefits of Tai Chi and Qigong exercises have been recognised by many health practitioners around the world with many positive outcomes reported by people who regularly practice Tai Chi and Chinese health Qigong exercises.

Tai Chi has health benefits regardless age or levels of fitness. The most common health benefits include:

Qigong has been practiced in China in its various forms for thousands of years. It consists of exercises involving specific breathing practices and/or movements, with the goal of enhancing and balancing Qi.
