Memory Lane Social Club in Cathays

Dementia-friendly activities eat the Cathays Community Centre. Activities include indoor bowls, films, music, dance, bingo etc.
The sessions are free and help can be arranged for transport. Refreshments are also available. The sessions are for those affected by dementia and their carers.
