QuickChange

Welcome to QuickChange (4-6 years)
A movement animation for children to promote activity and lower limb health

Welcome to ‘QuickChange’. Activities to encourage strong, healthy feet and legs, designed by health professionals specifically for children.

The Quick Change team say “It is important to look after ourselves by eating well and being active. Our feet are very busy and keeping them strong is important to help us do fun things like: jumping, hopping, running and dancing.”

The characters here are dressed in costumes ready for a party. 10 short exercises are shown with written instructions to help. Try and follow along with the characters every day.

This is all about fun, so don’t worry if you struggle. You may find some of them hard to do at first but with practice each day they will become easier.

The exercises shouldn’t cause you any discomfort – if they do speak to a health professional for some advice as to how you can modify the exercises.

Quick Change

Welcome to QuickChange for Pre-Schoolers (2-4 years)

Exploring the outdoors gives us great opportunities to move every day and help keep ourselves well.
Owl has been watching what exercises the animals and bugs have been practising in the garden.
These are important exercises that keep our arms and legs strong and healthy.
Let’s explore the garden together, are you ready to do some exercises?
