ESCAPEE event in Penarth

The ESCAPEE events are follow-up exercise sessions for people who have attended the Escape Pain programme for hip, knee or back pain.
You are welcome to drop-in and take part in exercise designed to improve your movement and function.
At Penarth Leisure Centre every Thursday, 11.30am-12.15pm.
