Formally Community Neurological Rehabilitation Service

Our goal is to empower people with neurological conditions to live well – physically, emotionally and socially.

We provide both virtual and face-to-face support through individual and group sessions. 

Groups include:                                                                                               

  • Strength and Balance class  
  • Grow Getters, outdoor function focused sessions  
  • Introduction to Pedal Power adaptive cycling  
  • Virtual Tai Chi class  
  • Virtual seated exercise class  
  • Introduction to Nordic Walking  
  • Fatigue Management programme  
  • Managing Emotions programme  
  • Early Parkinson’s: speak out, move more programme  
  • Communication groups  
  • Aphasia-Friendly Choir  
  • Reading and Writing group  
  • Peer support  

Individual sessions include: 

  • Physiotherapy  
  • Occupational Therapy  
  • Active Passive Trainer introduction session  
  • Gym introduction session
