Kidney Beam For People Living With Kidney Disease

What is Kidney Beam?

Kidney Beam is an online service, developed by clinicians, exercise specialists, health organisations and charities, to help kidney patients take care of their physical and mental health.

Membership gives you access to a variety of on-demand and live classes. Topics include strength training, gentle stretches, pilates, mindfulness, maximising sleep and more. All classes are led by specialists who are trained in kidney disease or live with kidney disease themselves.

You can sign up for free.

Who is Kidney Beam for?

Kidney Beam is aimed at anyone over 16, with any ability, any kidney condition, and at any stage of kidney disease.

All classes have a fitness rating so you can choose the right one for you. At the beginning and end of the live classes you have the option to chat to other participants and the instructors, enabling you to build new friendships and stay motivated.
