Better: the Feel Good Place and Escape Pain

The ESCAPEE events are follow-up exercise sessions for people who have attended the Escape Pain programme for hip, knee or back pain.

You are welcome to drop-in and take part in exercise designed to improve your movement and function.

At Western Leisure Centre every Tuesday and Thursday, 12.30pm-1.30pm.
