Tai Chi is a series of movements that can improve both physical and mental balance, increase strength, flexibility and coordination. Tai Chi has health benefits regardless age or levels of fitness. The most common health benefits include reducing stress, losing weight, relaxing the mind and body, correct posture, improved sleep, keeping fit, improving co-ordination, prevention of falls, promoting self healing, re-balancing the body, lowering blood pressure/ cholesterol, and improving musculoskeletal pain.

1.00am 15 minute warm up

11.15-11.40am Tai Chi Level 1

12.30-1.00pm Tai Chi Level 2 – for those who feel confident to move on from level 1

The sessions are suitable for everyone with both seated and standing options available.
