If you have been unwell with COVID-19, particularly if you have spent an extended period of time in hospital, your hands and wrists may have become weak, painful or stiff. These issues can make it very difficult to complete everyday tasks such as getting dressed, washing and cooking.
The following information and videos may help with your hands and wrists, and make completing everyday tasks more achievable. Theses exercise can be completed a few times a day or as your pain or fatigue allows.
