NHS Wales respiratory health group has developed the COVID Recovery app on behalf of Welsh Government, as part of wider support available for people experiencing the longer-term effects of COVID-19.
With more than 100 videos and links to advice, app users are able to record their symptoms, track their progress and learn to manage their condition at home with support. It includes advice from therapists, psychologists, dietitians and consultants.
The app has been developed as part of our wider support services for people experiencing the longer term effects of coronavirus. It offers a bespoke tool and personal coach helping you on the road to recovery, providing you with a clear rehabilitation pathway.
