Set One – Trunk and Lower Limb

Please be aware that these exercises are part of a graded programme. You should stop this programme if you do not feel you are progressing with you rehabilitation or you are experiencing some of the following symptoms, as you may be experiencing post viral fatigue syndrome (PVFS)

  • disproportionate levels of tiredness after activity;
  • fatigue;
  • tiredness after sleep;
  • memory or attention problems;
  • joint or muscle pain;
  • changes in your sensations or any ongoing flu-like symptoms.
