Living well at home

Many people may feel that they have become isolated during the COVID-19 pandemic.
This could be because they are shielding, working from home, unable to see their loved ones, or for a number of other reasons.

The British Psychological Society has produced a working from home guide, providing a range of advice that can help to make sure that you stay psychologically healthy while working from home.
