Eating and Cooking Well on a Budget

When money is tight, eating well can seem like a challenge. However, there are lots of options for cooking and eating tasty and healthy food on a budget. 

Our Nutrition and Dietetics teams have created a range of healthy recipes that are budget-friendly and easy to make. 

The video slideshows below contain lots of healthy, delicious and budget friendly recipes from cottage pie to falafel, chicken curry and fruit crumble. 

Food Cardiff also has a range of recipes that have been designed for Get Cooking course participants. Why not try the salmon fishcakes, one pot chicken stew or leek and potato soup?
