Strength and Stamina

Please be aware that these exercises are part of a graded programme. You should stop this programme if you do not feel you are progressing with you rehabilitation or you are experiencing some of the following symptoms:

  • disproportionate levels of tiredness after activity,
  • fatigue, 
  • tiredness after sleep, 
  • memory or attention problems, 
  • joint or muscle pain, 
  • changes in your sensations or any ongoing flu-like symptoms.
