To help us this, one of our specialist Physiotherapists will carry out a short screening telephone call with you. We will check your information and discuss what is bothering you and find out how you would like us to help you. Understanding this will help us to identify the best way to help. Please consider your answers to these questions before our call.
If you are unable to complete this alone please arrange for an advocate to be present at the time of the call.
What will happen after the call?
You will either be placed upon a waiting list for the most appropriate service for you or you will be directed towards appropriate resources to try for a period of time first.
