How to use stairs with walking aids

The following videos demonstrate how to safely use the stairs whilst using crutches, or a walking stick.

You would have been assessed using the stairs before you were discharged from hospital.

These videos are a guide only for use by patients who have been deemed safe to use stairs by their Physiotherapist.
