Mae Ffisiotherapi cleifion allanol cyhyrysgerbydol yn delio â chyflyrau cyhyrysgerbydol (MSK) sy’n effeithio ar gyhyrau, esgyrn, gewynnau, tendonau a chymalau.

Gall cyflyrau MSK ddigwydd o ganlyniad i drawma neu anaf (fel ysigiadau a straeniau i’r gymalau, y gewynnau neu o ganlyniad i dorri esgyrn). Neu gall y cyflyrau ddigwydd yn raddol (fel poen cefn neu broblemau tendon).
